Your tasks

  • Deliver features end-to-end – Angular UI, C#/.NET services and Azure infrastructure – using AI tools to move faster without compromising quality.
  • Apply AI to solve customer problems: identify where it brings real value and turn it into working solutions together with the product owner and stakeholders.
  • Architect and evolve distributed, cloud-native systems that are reliable, secure and scalable.
  • Help the team adopt and improve AI-assisted engineering practices – agent workflows, shared prompts and repository conventions.
  • Closely collaborate with other team members (frontend, backend and QA) and the product owner to deliver value to our customers.
  • Together with other developers and architects, enhance the technical evolution of products and help set AI engineering standards.
  • Work with other distributed teams to drive the future of our product.
  • Be up to date with the latest industry trends, share knowledge and help drive technical and process improvements.

AI-Driven Engineering

  • AI is a core part of your daily engineering workflow across backend, cloud and frontend – coding agents and assistants (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor or similar) are your default tools, not an experiment.
  • Comfortable delegating work to AI agents: writing clear specs and prompts, breaking work into well-scoped tasks, and critically reviewing generated code, infrastructure and tests.
  • Use AI to accelerate the whole delivery lifecycle: design, implementation, testing, documentation, and troubleshooting of cloud infrastructure and production issues.
  • Apply modern AI technologies to solve customer problems – spot where AI brings real value to the product, integrate it pragmatically, and know when it is not the right tool.
  • You own what AI produces: correctness, performance, security and maintainability are still your responsibility.
  • Curious about evolving AI tooling (agent workflows, MCP, repository instructions and conventions) and happy to share what works with the team.

Backend & Distributed Systems

  • Wake up thinking about .NET and C# (modern .NET 8+).
  • Solid understanding of distributed systems: microservices, asynchronous messaging (Azure Service Bus, Event Hubs or Kafka), eventual consistency, idempotency, and resiliency patterns.
  • Be passionate about designing clean and performant code and APIs (REST, gRPC).
  • Enjoy working with databases – RDBMS or NoSQL (Cosmos DB, Azure SQL).
  • Understand security aspects of systems: identity (Entra ID, OAuth2/OIDC), secrets management, data protection.
  • Observability mindset: logging, distributed tracing, metrics (OpenTelemetry, Application Insights).

Cloud

  • Good knowledge of Azure Cloud Technologies: Container Apps / AKS, Functions, Service Bus, Cosmos DB, Storage, Key Vault, Front Door.
  • Infrastructure as Code – Bicep or Terraform.
  • Continuous integration and deployment workflows (Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions).

Frontend

  • Angular – newest versions >= v18, proficiency in RxJS, signals, modular apps – sharing components by monorepo (NX) or NPM packages.
  • TypeScript – type system, generics, embedded helper types.
  • Logging, tracking, failure analysis.
  • Modern styling (SCSS, Tailwind, CSS Vars).
  • TDD

Nice to have

  • Experience integrating AI services (e.g. Azure OpenAI) into customer-facing products.

  • Knowledge/experience in unit and integration testing.
  • Understand Agile principles and practices (we love Scrum).
  • Familiarity with other cloud platforms: AWS, GCP.

Other

You’ll join a team of 30+ engineers based in Poland, building solutions for clients across the USA. We work fully remotely but get together regularly in a rented office space to collaborate and catch up.

For organizational reasons we are looking for a person who is a resident of Poland.
