Logistics Operations Manager

Daily Operations Management — Manage daily logistics, shipment handling, warehouse coordination, and transportation tasks.

Team Supervision — Lead and guide the operations team to ensure smooth workflow and KPI achievement.

Customer & Carrier Coordination — Communicate with clients, suppliers, and carriers to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution.

Documentation & Compliance — Ensure accuracy of shipping documents and compliance with local regulations.

Problem Solving — Handle daily operational issues, delays, and exceptions quickly and effectively.

Reporting — Prepare operational reports, shipment status updates, and performance summaries.

English Communication — Good spoken and written English for daily communication and reporting.

Driving Ability — Must hold a valid Egyptian driving license and be able to drive for operational needs.

System Skills — Familiar with WMS/TMS systems and strong Excel skills.

Logistics operations experience — Minimum 7–12 years in logistics, freight, warehouse, or transportation operations.

Team leadership — Ability to supervise teams, assign tasks, and monitor performance.

Process management — Strong skills in shipment handling, documentation accuracy, and KPI tracking.

Problem solving — Capable of resolving daily operational issues and coordinating with clients and carriers.

System skills — Familiar with WMS/TMS systems and strong Excel reporting ability.

Education — Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
