HR Specialist (m/f/d)

For our client, a consulting company based in Bonn, we are looking for an HR Specialist (m/f/d) in full-time at the earliest possible date. Our client is an internationally successful service provider with over 720 employees in Germany and Europe. The company offers a wide spectrum of technical services as well as complete project management.

This position is within the framework of temporary employment (Arbeitnehmerüberlassung).

Your tasks:

• HR support from A to Z - contact person for managers and employees
• Recruiting including posting job advertisements, selection processes, and supporting hires
• Administrative activities: creation of employment contracts, references, and certification management
• Cooperation with the various works council bodies
• Participation in the international HR environment, especially in the support of international personnel matters
• Active participation in exciting HR projects with plenty of room for your own ideas and impulses.

Your profile:

• Commercial training with additional qualification in the HR field, e.g., Personalfachkaufmann or Personalreferent (m/f/d)
• 3-5 years of experience in HR support or a comparable role
• Enjoyment of working in an international environment
• Good English skills - perfection not required, but confident in application
• Independent, solution-oriented way of working and a hands-on mentality
