Your tasks

The Mortgage Administrator / Case Manager will work closely with brokers, customers, lenders, solicitors and surveyors, combining accurate administration with proactive case progression.

With ownership of the post-application client journey, the Mortgage Administrator / Case Manager will maintain clear communication, accurate CRM records and a consistently professional service.

Your duties as the Mortgage Administrator / Case Manager include:

• Mortgage Application Processing: Accurately input mortgage applications into lender systems and upload supporting documents
• Pipeline Management: Manage mortgage and finance applications through to completion
• Client Communication: Keep customers updated in writing and by phone throughout the post-application process
• Third-Party Liaison: Work with mortgage companies, solicitors and surveyors to progress cases
• Client Journey Oversight: Help deliver a smooth, professional client service experience
• CRM Record Keeping: Record interactions and activities accurately in the CRM system
• Broker Support: Support 6 brokers with case progression and administration

• Passion for delivering an excellent client experience
• Confident written and verbal communication skills

SALARY: £45,000 OTE / £25,000 to £30,000 per annum Basic Salary + Benefits
