Your tasks

Welcome customers warmly and provide personalized shopping assistance.

Develop strong product knowledge across the Avy & Co collection, including fabrics, materials, designs, and product details.

Confidently communicate the brand story, product features, and styling recommendations.

Help customers discover products that match their individual style and needs.

Proactively drive sales through product recommendations, upselling, and cross-selling.

Maintain excellent customer service standards and build long-term customer relationships.

Keep the store organized, attractive, and aligned with brand presentation standards.

Support daily store operations, stock management, and visual merchandising.

Contribute to a happy, collaborative, and welcoming team culture.

Requirements

We are looking for a warm, friendly, well-presented, and fashion-passionate individual to join our team. Someone who genuinely loves fashion, understands fabrics and design, and enjoys sharing product knowledge with customers.

What We’re Looking For A genuine passion for fashion: A deep interest in fashion, fabrics, materials, garment construction, and design is essential.

Relevant experience: Previous experience in fashion retail, boutique sales, or a fashion-related business is strongly preferred.

Excellent presentation: Well-groomed, stylish, confident, and able to represent the Avy & Co brand professionally.

Warm personality: Friendly, approachable, positive, and naturally good at making people feel welcome.

International exposure: Experience working in a foreign-owned business or interacting with international customers is highly valued.

English communication: Able to communicate confidently in basic English and explain products and brand values to international customers.

Strong learning ability: Willing and able to learn hundreds of different products, including their materials, designs, features, and unique details.

Sales-oriented mindset: Confident in recommending products, understanding customer needs, upselling, and achieving sales targets without being pushy.

Excellent customer service: Able to create a personal, enjoyable, and memorable shopping experience.

Team player: Responsible, proactive, honest, and committed to building a positive, supportive, family-like working environment.
