Sales Employee

AVS Group, based in the center of Athens, wishes to include a partner for the position of Sales Employee for full-time and permanent employment in its workforce. Development and management of the existing customer base Finding new customers, market and competition monitoring Conducting research to identify new markets and customer needs Organizing professional meetings with potential customers Promotion of the company's services that relate to or anticipate customer goals Formulation of long-term relationships with new and existing customers Creation of offers, sending them to customers and communication of confirmation as well as the Follow up process Implementation of the company's commercial and credit policy Monitoring and management of contract expiration and renewal Collaboration and communication with the Human Resources (HR) department Providing administrative support Required Qualifications:

BSc/BA degree in business administration, sales or a related field

Proven work experience as a Business Development Manager, sales executive or in a related role Proven sales track record Experience in customer support is an advantage Excellent knowledge of MS Office Excellent knowledge of English Market knowledge Communication and negotiation skills Ability to build relationships Planning and time management skills
