Service Coordinator - Intermediate English

AVOS Tech, a company with more than 30 years of experience in the Latin American market for operational and technological services, is looking for a Service Coordinator specialist in insurance to join its work team. · Requirements: Academic Background: University degree in Ingeniería Comercial, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). Experience: Minimum 2 years in human resources roles with a focus on customer service and benefits management. Previous experience in leadership or team supervision. Intermediate English Knowledge: Basic Human Resources processes Good management of office tools (Excel, Word, email) Management: planning, HR indicators, internal control, change management. · Skills: Leadership and team management: effective communication, conflict resolution, coaching, motivation, work climate. Excellent communication skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with the team, with personnel from the client company, and with employees of all levels and functions. Customer orientation: Commitment to internal customer satisfaction, demonstrating empathy, patience, and problem-solving skills. Time management and prioritization: Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment. Organization and attention to detail.
