Tasks:

• Support of customers and suppliers at home and abroad
• Quotation calculation, order entry and processing
• Communication and negotiation with suppliers and business partners
• Monitoring of delivery dates and logistics processes
• Maintenance of customer and supplier relationships
• Support in the optimization of procurement and sales processes
• Collaboration in the creation of evaluations and reports

Requirements:

• Completed training as a Merchant in Wholesale and Foreign Trade or comparable qualification
• Approx. 2 years of relevant professional experience in wholesale or foreign trade
• Confident handling of MS Office, experience with ERP-Systemen is an advantage
• Good English skills in speaking and writing, other foreign languages are an advantage
• Strong organizational talent, communication skills and teamwork ability
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
