Balance Sheet Accountant (f/m/d) / Financial Accountant (m/f/d) [Kziff.CL71AV26] (Financial Accountant)

Tasks:

• Contact person for everyday tax questions in cooperation with our external tax advisor as well as tax documentation
• Co-responsibility for the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements according to HGB
• Participation in day-to-day operational business (accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed asset accounting, intercompany accounting, and general ledger, payment transactions, dunning, VAT advance notifications)
• Support in operational projects
• Independent handling of all accounting activities for a start-up company within the corporate group
• Creation of statistics and evaluations

Requirements:

• Completed commercial training, for example as a Steuerfachangestellter (m/f/d), ideally with a qualification as a Bilanzbuchhalter (m/f/d), or a degree in business administration with a focus on accounting
• Independent, structured, and careful way of working
• Good tax knowledge
• Good knowledge of VAT law and fixed asset accounting
• Good written and spoken English skills
• Knowledge of MS-Office applications as well as ideally in SAP (modules FI and AA)
