Payroll Specialist (m/f/d) (Lohn- und Gehaltsbuchhalter/in)

We are looking for a Payroll Specialist (m/f/d) for an internationally active company in the automotive industry based in Lippstadt, starting at the earliest possible date.

What to expect:

• You will independently prepare the payroll accounting in SAP for our external payroll provider in a timely and accurate manner
• You will conscientiously maintain HR-related data systems (SAP, Success Factors, Zeitwirtschaft) and create reports and analyses
• Preparing / implementing HR standard processes (such as hirings, transfers, and reclassifications) is also part of your tasks
• You will advise our employees and managers, particularly regarding questions on remuneration and Zeitwirtschaft
• As a functional expert (m/f/d), you will act as a contact person within the HR Service Team as well as for HR colleagues, ensuring a smooth flow of information and close cooperation

What you should bring:

• You have completed commercial training; specialized additional training (e.g., Geprüfte/r Personalfachkaufmann/-frau (IHK)) is an advantage
• Due to many years of relevant professional experience, you possess expert knowledge in wage and salary accounting as well as sound knowledge of the relevant legal requirements
• You are experienced in maintaining HR-related data systems, ideally SAP; knowledge in the application of a collective agreement is desirable; you have advanced knowledge of English
• Your precise and independent way of working distinguishes you; you are a team player and service-oriented
