Car Rental Sales Advisor MONTAUBAN (M/F)

We are looking for a Rental Operations Sales Agent (M/F) on a CDI contract for our MONTAUBAN (82) agency.

Reporting to an agency manager, you will be, among other things, in charge of:

• Development of the agency's turnover by applying our service methodology and upselling (GPS, insurance, car seats, etc.) and customer loyalty
• Counter activities: Quotes, reservations, preparation of the rental contract, explanation of the general rental conditions
• Management of customer returns: reception, billing of damages and/or additional costs such as fuel, explaining the billing.
• Participation in operations related to vehicle flows (fleet replenishment, delivery and preparation if necessary).

We are looking for ambitious and dynamic talents with the following skills and interpersonal qualities:

• Excellent high-quality service and customer contact
• A strong taste for "Sales" challenges
• A strong team spirit.
• Fluent English level that you strongly wish to practice regularly in a professional setting
• Experienced in complying with strict and complex procedures
• Able to work in shifts and on weekends.
• Valid B driving license
