Avimex® has a significant share in the Mexican market and is dedicated to preventing and improving the health and productivity of animals intended for human consumption, focusing mainly on poultry, swine, livestock, and aquaculture... we are looking for your talent as an INTERNATIONAL TRAFFIC ASSISTANT.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Comercio exterior, Relaciones o negocios Internacionales, Logística or related.
• Intermediate English.
• Work area: Granjas esmeralda, Iztapalapa
• General knowledge of the Ley Aduanera, Reglas Generales de Comercio Exterior, Tratados de Libre Comercio, Incoterms.
• Excel knowledge (intermediate level: data entry, filters, and reports).
• Good spelling.
• Experience: similar position for at least 2 years performing administrative activities in agencias aduanales.

Responsibilities:

• Review, control, filing, and follow-up of invoices.
• Reception and sending of import and export documents.
• Keep department files, folders, and records updated and correctly integrated.
• Attention to providers and collaborators.
• Follow-up and status of import and export shipments.
• Data entry in the system.
• Perform reports.
