Experienced INDUSTRIALIZATION METHODS ENGINEER (M/F)

AVIGNON CERAMIC is recruiting an experienced INDUSTRIALIZATION ENGINEER to complete its team.

Under the direction of the Industrialization Methods Manager, you will carry out industrialization projects according to quality, cost, and reliability objectives. You will define and provide the production process for the development of new products within industrial performance objectives, in collaboration with the client and in compliance with the quality framework.

You will be responsible for:

• analyzing needs and developing the implementation of solutions according to defined schedules and budgets,
• participating in the development of tooling in relation to the sales department, the client, and suppliers,
• developing manufacturing operating procedures and control plans,
• conducting test plans to produce prototypes and sample parts,
• analyzing results in relation to expected performance,
• writing first article reports and presenting them to internal and external parties in order to obtain agreements for series production,
• implementing the necessary training,
• ensuring your work complies with internal procedures and milestones related to normative requirements,
• presenting and synthesizing your results to management.

With a BAC+2/5 degree in a technical sector, ideally mechanics, you have at least 5 years of experience in this type of position in industrial production or a design office.

You possess skills in the following areas: mechanics, plastics, drawing, metrology. You have a mastery of functional analysis and project management. You are proficient in the use of CAD/CAM software. Your level of English allows you to communicate with our international clientele.

Methodical and rigorous by nature with a strong analytical mind, you enjoy teamwork and have a sense of communication and reporting. Your qualities of rigor and communication are as recognized as your writing and synthesis skills.
