OPERATIONAL QUALITY COORDINATOR M/F (M/F)

Description of missions: Directly reporting to the Quality Manager, you contribute to the maintenance and continuous improvement of the quality system by driving non-conformity management and the processing of customer complaints. You play a key role in problem-solving and driving operational quality within the company.

Your main missions: To achieve this objective, the main missions consist of:

• Identifying and analyzing internal non-conformities, driving QRQC, and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
• Processing customer complaints: organizing investigations, drafting technical responses, and ensuring the follow-up of action plans.
• Participating in internal, external, customer, and certification body audits.
• Ensuring compliance with quality standards (ISO 9001, EN9100, AS13100).
• Monitoring and analyzing quality indicators (KPI), driving performance reviews, and ensuring reporting.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and raising awareness among teams regarding quality culture.

Profile sought and Expected Skills:

With a Master's degree (Bac +5) specialized in materials, industrial quality, or mechanical engineering, you have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the aeronautical or industrial sector. You master:

• Application of Quality procedures
• Mastery of quality tools ( 8D, AMDEC, Ishikawa ...)
• Ability to drive a quality approach
• Continuous improvement
• Quality standards ISO 9001 / EN9100 / AS13100
• Technical English is indispensable for the role
• Project management
