Want to get to know us better and understand more about our purpose, come fly with us! 💙✈️ Responsibilities and assignmentsExecute the purchasing process according to the company's planning.Negotiate prices, deadlines, commercial conditions, and volumes with suppliers.Issue and monitor purchase orders for raw materials and finished products, ensuring compliance with delivery deadlines.Monitor the flow of orders with suppliers, identifying and solving possible deviations.Support the management of the product mix, performing analyses of performance, turnover, and replenishment.Work together with the Estilo area to ensure product availability.Perform registrations, updates, and controls in ERP systems.Monitor indicators related to purchases, inventory, stockouts, and supplier performance.Requirements and qualificationsCompleted Higher Education in Administration, Comércio Exterior, Moda, Gestão Comercial, or related areas;Experience as a Buyer in fashion retail;Experience in negotiations with national and international suppliers;Proficiency in Excel and IA;Organized, analytical, and execution-oriented profile;Good communication and ability to build relationships with different areas;Ease of working with deadlines and multiple demands;Intermediate English (for negotiation with suppliers);Sense of priority and process monitoring.Additional informationSalary compatible with the market;Collaborative environment;Vale Transporte;Discount on Aviator products;Partnerships: Descomplica, Open English, and Gympass;Health and dental plan (optional - deducted from payroll).
