Your Tasks

• Ensuring operational material supply in the engine area
• Checking all material sources including the resulting range checks, as well as fine planning for event supply
• Deriving the resulting insights for short- and long-term supply
• Organizing/monitoring exchange and scrap replacement options and coordinating with interfaces
• Carrying out material bookings
• Independently developing alternatives in case of shortages according to technical, air law, and commercial requirements as well as customer priorities, in coordination with interfaces
• Proactive coordination of the use of shortage parts, identification of critical parts for prioritization/escalation
• Independently initiating escalation processes
• Coordination of necessary measures with the departments (Fulfillment, Material Planning, Purchasing, etc.)
• Identification of implementation of optimization potentials and digitalization
• Performing special tasks

Your Profile

• Completed studies (Master, Bachelor, FH, Diplom) in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Engineering Sciences, Business Informatics, or a comparable course of study
• Very good English skills
• Very good IT skills in MS Office, SAP, and SAP BW. Power BI and Data Analytics desirable
• Very good scheduling and planning skills
• Assertiveness
