Your Tasks

• Responsibility for quality management and continuous improvement processes (KVP) as a central component of the activity
• Processing of quality incidents including structured root cause analysis
• Derivation, implementation, and follow-up of corrective actions
• Implementation of process analyses with a focus on sustainable quality improvement
• Application of LEAN principles for the continuous optimization of processes
• Ensuring the sustainable effectiveness of implemented measures

Your Profile

• Completed studies in the field of industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or a comparable discipline
• Initial experience in project management or project work is desirable
• Sound knowledge of quality management as well as continuous improvement processes (KVP) is mandatory
• Analytical mindset as well as a structured and independent way of working
• High level of initiative and a pronounced practice-oriented way of working
• Good English skills in speaking and writing
• Good IT skills, especially in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP
• High degree of organizational ability as well as teamwork skills
• Confident appearance and strong communication skills
• High resilience and flexibility
• Professional experience in the field of industrial production (e.g., in automotive manufacturing) is desirable
