Your Tasks

• Operate and program various CNC machine tools for the processing and repair of aircraft parts (CNC milling or CNC turning machines).
• Manufacture metal workpieces (ALU, steel, brass) and plastic in single and series production.
• Check component quality for dimensional accuracy using various measuring instruments.
• Perform maintenance and repair activities on the machine tools.
• Monitor specified system parameters throughout the entire process.
• Support continuous improvement of processes.
• Participate in training measures to ensure technical expertise in control and tool technology.
• Adherence to SOS (Cleanliness, Order, Safety).
• Crane operation required (G25/FSÜ)

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training as a Toolmaker / Turner / Miller / Machining Mechanic
• Knowledge of CNC operation and programming of machine tools (turning/grinding)
• Good knowledge of Solid Works, Auto CAD and Heidenhain control
• English skills in speaking and writing (Level A2) proof required
• Clear oral and written expression
• Highly pronounced reliability and sense of responsibility
• High teamwork skills as well as good contact and cooperation behavior
• Service readiness and customer orientation
• High commitment, resilience and flexibility
• Readiness for 2-shift work
• Readiness for job-related further training
