Your Tasks

• Modification and static design of cabin and interior fittings for Special Mission Aircrafts
• Calculation and verification for interior components and their attachment to primary and secondary structures
• FEM analyses on metallic and sandwich components in the interior (e.g., with ANSYS)
• Creation of technical verifications according to EASA Part 21J
• 3D-CAD design (preferably SolidWorks) as well as maintenance in the PLM system (e.g., PTC Windchill)
• Development of test setups and close cooperation with on-site support and specialist departments

Your Profile

• Completed university degree as Master or Dipl. Ing. in the field of Aerospace, Aircraft Construction, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable field of study
• Several years of professional experience in the specification, development, and modification of aircraft structures
• Solid knowledge in Technical Mechanics
• Knowledge in 3D design (preferably with SolidWorks)
• Knowledge in handling Product Life Cycle Management tools (e.g., PTC Windchill)
• Knowledge in the area of FEM modeling and analyses (e.g., with ANSYS) as well as creation of the associated verifications
• Initial experience with CFD analyses and vibration analyses is desirable
• Business fluent English skills and very good linguistic expression
• Good English skills
• Persuasiveness and ability to work in a team
