Would you join the team as a Passenger Coordinator? An incredible role in which, together with your colleagues, you are responsible for the correct execution of daily operations. We ensure that airlines can transport passengers 365 days a year.
Who are we?
Aviapartner is one of the largest independent ground handling operators in 70 airports across 7 European countries (Belgium, France, Spain, Germany, Italy, Switzerland, and the Netherlands) and South Africa. In Spain, we have approximately 2000 employees, including ramp, operations, and passenger agents. We are in 15 airports, including the main ones in the country: Madrid, Barcelona, Málaga, Valencia, Ibiza, Tenerife sur, among others. We are a company with many opportunities.
What will you do?
As a Passenger Coordinator, you must ensure the correct execution of daily operations. You will be responsible for employee management, ensuring that check-in counters open on time and gates are staffed on time, handling passenger and baggage check-in, lost baggage claims, flight boarding, and you will also perform some administrative tasks, among other functions.
REQUIREMENTS
Your profile
You have the ability to deal creatively and flexibly in unforeseen circumstances. At the same time, you are patient, communicate correctly, enthusiastically, and decisively. You are an ambitious person who knows how to keep a cool head in moments of high work pressure. Additionally, you will need:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum English level B1 or at least the ability to read and understand at the required level.
- An English test will be conducted.
- No experience in the sector is needed, although it will be valued.
Tasks to be performed
The tasks to be performed will be:
- Flight preparation and sealing
- Flight control
- Passenger and baggage check-in
- Lost baggage claims
- Flight boarding
- Documentation tasks: customer service at the counter.
- Processing and preparation of flight documentation.
