MAIN ACTIVITIES OF THE POSITION

Processing assistance requests (responses to companies, creation of flight files on a dedicated application, management of parking slots, transmission of information to SCE…)

Flight processing (positioning of helicopters, welcoming passengers and crew, coordination of refueling…)

May be required to perform refueling in the future

NECESSARY SKILLS / PREREQUISITES TO HOLD THE POSITION

• Comfortable with IT tools

• Good command of English (oral and written)

• Sense of service

• Customer relations

MANDATORY DIPLOMAS / AUTHORIZATIONS / CERTIFICATIONS

• The position requires at least one year of experience in aviation or hospitality.
• Holder of a driver's license and a vehicle.

CHARACTERISTICS AND ENVIRONMENT OF THE POSITION

• The position is exercised in regulated areas and requires specific administrative authorizations.
• Shift work including weekends, public holidays, and peak periods.
• Work in indoor and outdoor environments.
• Wearing a compliant professional outfit is mandatory to guarantee a polished image.
• Strict compliance with "la Charte de l’Uniforme" is required (outfit, personal presentation, and behavior).
• Necessity to maintain exemplary and professional behavior, and guarantee client discretion, within a high-end service framework.
