Project Assistant (1-year Contract)

Perform maintenance of site IT infrastructure and related service improvement projects.

Troubleshoot and provide support for PC, server, network, and software-related technical issues.

Provide technical consultation to employees and support smooth IT equipment operation.

Manage IT resources and license inventory through an Asset Management Tool.

Perform installation, upgrade, and replacement of S/W and H/W products in accordance with company standards.

Collaborate with the Global IT team and service providers to ensure IT service continuity and policy compliance.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software, or related fields.

1–3 years of practical experience in IT support and troubleshooting within a corporate environment.

High level of knowledge regarding PC/server hardware, networks, and OS (Windows) systems.

Experience in operating Google Workspace (Gmail, etc.), Active Directory, and MS Office.

Ability to communicate in business English and possess strong interpersonal/customer service skills.

Experience using AI to improve work efficiency.

Experience supporting hardware and systems in a manufacturing environment (Preferred).

Possession of ITIL fundamental knowledge and project management capabilities (Preferred).
