1) CAPEX investment planning and project leading
- Establishing and reviewing Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) budgets for mid-to-long-term productivity improvement and facility enhancement
- Analyzing feasibility (ROI) of facility introduction, vendor selection, and leading technical meetings
- Managing project schedules, costs, construction, and line setup
2) Review and application of latest process technologies
- Reviewing and applying global latest process trends and automation/energy-saving technologies
- Analyzing bottlenecks in existing processes and optimizing processes through the application of new technologies
- Providing process scale-up technical support for mass production of new products
3) Execution of productivity improvement, quality stabilization, and cost reduction
- Implementing productivity improvements through production data analysis
- Identifying causes of quality issues and establishing recurrence prevention measures
- Eliminating waste factors through facility and process optimization
4) Leading Management of Change (MOC) processes
- Conducting risk assessments and verifying technical validity during process and facility changes
- Coordinating and executing change procedures through close collaboration with related departments such as Production, Quality, and Safety
- Managing the creation and revision of drawings and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Education: University graduate (4-year) or higher
- Major: Engineering majors such as Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: 7+ years of relevant practical experience
- Ability to communicate in Business English
- Holders of relevant national technical certifications such as Engineer Mechanical Design (Preferred)
