ABOUT YOUR ROLE:

• Identify improvement opportunities within site or across business unit
• Identify and remove organizational barriers for continuous improvement process

• Drive site’s lay out improvement
• Drive site’s flow process improvement

• Drive sharing of best practices
• Use the Value Stream Map to measure progress

• Accountable for sustainable results
• Track project metrics

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Develop in-depth understanding of Lean Sigma philosophy and methods as demonstrated by successful training and certification in these areas.
• Analyze and identify projects that can eliminate non-value added activities and can create value to our customers

• Drive to change the old business ways and to bring breakthrough improvements.
• Motivate others to accept process changes and take ownership

• Train, educate, and mentor others in the organization on Lean/Sigma principles.

• 5 years manufacturing experience (technical and/or manufacturing)
• Proven leadership, communication and coordination skills – able to influence and motivate others

• High passion for excellence, and strong execution for action
• Excellent project management skills

• Effective oral and written communication skills; ability to effectively present complex topics in a concise manner
• Effective interpersonal skills of dealing with people at various levels and at various functions

• Demonstrated ability to effectively drive change
• Strong analysis capability and strong statistical background

• Strict thinking skills
• Solid understanding of business issues, metrics, and customer value

• Effective English written skills and fundermantal oral English
• Leadership to drive other team members and provide right direction
