  1. Key responsibilities

Financial Control & Reporting

  • Oversee month-end closing, financial controls, and compliance to ensure adherence to regulations, professional standards, and company policies.
  • Manage the preparation and distribution of financial management reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Anticipate and address questions from management and stakeholders to prevent financial surprises and maintain transparency.
  • Analyze potential investments, divestitures, and new business opportunities, preparing all related financial reports.

Financial Planning & Analysis

  • Lead complex planning and analysis for the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Strategic Plan, providing insightful recommendations to management.
  • Manage forecasting and budgeting processes, analyzing variances from planned results to provide commentary and recommendations.
  • Conduct in-depth financial studies, including product profitability analysis and benchmarking, to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Support headcount planning and coordination across departments

Process Improvement & Strategic Support

  • Act as a leader or key participant in cross-functional projects aimed at improving processes and profitability.
  • Formulate and implement policies and plans to increase the organization’s financial performance.
  • Handle ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as requested by the Head of Department

  • Act as a team role model and change agent, promoting the company’s Code of Business Ethics and Values
  • Train and provide development opportunities for junior staff, offering guidance and mentorship.
  • Positively lead and influence team members and cross-functional partners to achieve business goals.
  1. Safety and environment:
  • Follow safety and environment policy; be aware to raise safety and hygiene standards on your area.
  • Completion 5S audit at the place as policy
  • Do “Near Miss” audit as requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Finance or related field.
  • 5+ years finance or related experience.
  • Possess effective supervisory skills.
  • Skilled in proficiently using computers and related software in performing financial job tasks, specifically setting up spreadsheet formulas, linking spreadsheets, extracting data, developing graphs.
  • Ability to design, develop, and maintain tables, formulas, graphs, and macros in WordPerfect or similar word processing program as well as set up tables, queries, and reports in Access or similar database program.
  • Knowledge of research methodologies. Ability to conduct research, prepare comprehensive reports and present complex financial and statistical information in a clear and succinct fashion.
  • Skill in communicating complex ideas effectively, both orally and in writing, and making presentations to large groups. Ability to work well with all levels of management and employees.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills.
