About the Role To strengthen our European Customer Service team, we are currently looking for an ambitious and customer-oriented personality at our Schwelm location as a Customer Service Representative BeNeLux for our Label Packaging Materials. In this role, you will act as a central link to our business customers and independently manage the entire operational support within a dynamic, international environment. The position is permanent and offers flexible working time models including a partial hybrid option (Home Office).

Main Responsibilities

  • As the primary contact person for all matters regarding our label solutions, you will independently manage our international B2B customer base, from order processing and pricing to delivery date coordination.
  • You will work actively and cross-departmentally with our field sales teams, logistics, and production to ensure smooth, first-class customer service.
  • You will provide sound advice on technical solutions, coordinate sample shipments, and support operational capacity planning.
  • You will continuously monitor relevant market developments within the Benelux region to specifically and goal-orientedly develop your assigned customer base.
  • You will proactively contribute to the design and continuous optimization of internal service processes to actively contribute to long-term company success.

Required Qualifications:

  • Successfully completed commercial or technical training, a corresponding degree, or a comparable qualification that ideally prepares you for this role.
  • Sound professional experience in B2B sales or customer service, ideally in the area of products requiring explanation within an international environment.
  • Fluent and business-fluent language skills in both Dutch and English.
