Your tasks
Job Objective Ensure the logistics and transport of materials and finished products on time, based on best practices, budget, and costs, always in an ethical manner.
Main functions and responsibilities Follow the internal work regulations and the safety requirements established by the company
Comply with and share Avery Dennison's ethics and values policy
Apply and promote 5's in their work area. In case of being part of any company brigade and/or commission, they must fulfill the corresponding activities
Ensure the updating and maintenance of the logistics database.
Generate procedures (SOP) and perform them daily.
Ensure that all scheduled and prepared shipments are sent on time.
Perform continuous benchmarking of costs for logistics providers.
Perform the invoicing of finished products.
Quote and schedule the pickup and delivery of shipments, as well as control and report logistics budgets ensuring they align with the company's objective.
Guarantee that invoices from logistics providers are received and paid on time.
Know the documents applicable to the process.
Requirements
B2 English Bachelor's degree or Engineering in logistics or related field Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in logistics Experience in leadership
