Responsibilities Management of the document center and maintenance document index.
Monitoring and control of internal and external documents and records of the maintenance document center, in digital and/or hard copy.
Monitoring, creation, modification, and coordination of preventive maintenance programs, evaluation of maintenance indicators.
Analysis of the information generated during maintenance management, proposals, suggestions, and improvements based on measurements performed.
Generation and/or creation of records and/or documents at the request of maintenance area leaders, digitization, and data entry of operational variables necessary for maintenance management.
Performs the physical receipt and delivery of materials and in the inventory control system.
Validates receipts and purchase orders ensuring that quantities, delivery times, and prices are correct according to what was agreed upon with suppliers.
Provides necessary inventory information to ensure that company requirements are met.
Generates inventory and operation reports and information.
Ensure that materials are received, stored, delivered, and reported according to processes.
Performs support activities to ensure the flow of materials throughout the department.
Develops, proposes, and assists in the implementation of improvement processes.
Maintains good communication with all areas.
Participates in training to improve and develop skills.
Perform work in accordance with standard work methods regarding safety and quality.
Follow the internal work regulations and the safety requirements established by the company.
Comply with and share Avery Dennison's ethics and values policy.
Apply and promote 5´s in their work area.
In case of being part of any company brigade and/or commission, they must comply with the corresponding activities.

Education: High school diploma or desirable technical degree in electricity, electronics, and/or mechatronics. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Intermediate to advanced management of Google suite tools (Sheets, Docs, Drive, Forms), preferably with experience in collaborative environments. Basic English. Desired skills and competencies: Organization and attention to detail.

Good communication and teamwork.
Ability to follow processes and maintain updated records.
Desirable knowledge in SAP, Oracle, or some inventory management system.
