Apprenticeship - Administrative & Communication Assistant (M/F)
We are looking for an apprentice in administrative management and communication in Rodange for a duration of one year. Reporting to the Human Resources and Reception Department, you will provide administrative support for the smooth functioning of the team, participate in internal communication actions, and act as a backup for the site reception:
Daily HR & Administrative Management: Routine management: Processing, sorting, and distributing incoming mail. Handling telephone calls. Document management: Filing and archiving HR administrative documents. HR management: Monitoring, drafting, and processing regulatory documents (overtime, medical visits, certificates, etc.).
Onboarding & Support: Newcomer integration back-up: Sending invitations for the welcome day and providing back-up support for the introductory presentation. Data Entry & HR Tools: Support for various encoding tasks.
Site Communication: Site Reception & Welcome: Providing direct back-up for the reception desk (receiving visitors, managing the switchboard). Internal communication: Support in drafting and distributing site announcements, and creating the internal newsletter.
Requirements: Ongoing training (Bac+2) in the field of administration and/or communication.
Excellent organizational, filing, and priority management skills.
Good command of English.
Skills: Excellent interpersonal and writing skills for internal communication and contact with employees.
Proficiency in office tools and ease with data encoding in information systems.
Rigor, discretion, and respect for confidentiality related to the management of administrative files.
