Averill Creek Vineyard is looking for new people to join our Vineyard crew for the harvest season.

Multiple positions available. This is a seasonal position from September 25th as our potential start date to mid October. We are ideally looking for experienced harvest workers, couples or a group of friends interested in spending the end of summer/ start of fall working outside on a beautiful mountainside vineyard.

Potential Shift: Monday-Saturday, 8:30am-4:00pm (Weather permitting)

Conditions: This is a farm-work position that requires outdoor work in all conditions, and does require some heavy lifting and physical labour.

*Qualifications*

• No experience or education required, but prior vineyard or farming/landscaping experience is an asset.
• Willingness to take detailed direction and perform all tasks thoroughly and safely.
• Ability to work well as part of a team, but comfortable/happy working alone
• Ability to walk, stand, crouch for long periods of time.
• Enjoy working outdoors and willing to get dirty
• Good attitude
• This is a seasonal, hourly position.
• Reliable transportation to and from work is required
