Good understanding of social media management and digital marketing strategy, including content planning, campaign execution, lead generation, and performance measurement. Strong commercial awareness and ability to drive business growth. Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities, meet deadlines and work independently. Proficiency with Google Workspace, spreadsheets and digital collaboration tools. Familiarity with CRM systems and customer relationship management is an advantage. Experience in education, professional training, or professional services is desirable.
