Your tasks:

• Technical and disciplinary management of the Electrical Workshop department
• Identification of causes of malfunctions as well as initiating the repair of defective system components
• Maintenance and administration of relevant documents as well as ensuring regular testing of systems subject to inspection
• Implementation of internal quality and environmental audits
• Planning and realization of projects
• Responsibility for instructions in the field of occupational safety
• Personnel planning in the electrical workshop

What defines you:

• Completed training in an electrotechnical profession as well as further training as a Meister, Techniker, or Engineer
• Several years of professional experience in the field of electrical engineering required
• A strong understanding of business administration
• Experience in project management as well as a strong awareness of quality, environment, and energy
• A high degree of process and result orientation
• Structured and analytical way of thinking and working
• English skills in speaking and writing are required
