In United States ( Georgia time ) we are actively seeking a Senior Workforce Management Product Lead to lead the strategy, design, and global deployment of Workforce Management solutions. In this role, you will focus on Workforce Software (WFS), Time & Attendance, and seamless integrations with Workday, payroll, and enterprise systems across global markets.

This is you 5+ years of dedicated experience in Workforce Management (WFM) platforms and process design.

Extensive experience leading global rollouts and implementations of Workforce Software (WFS), including Time & Attendance and complex pay rule configurations.

Proven track record supporting integrations between WFM platforms and systems such as Workday, ADP, UKG/Kronos, and global payroll providers.

Strong ability to gather business requirements, design scalable processes, and manage complex multi-country deployment timelines and risks.

Solid experience managing external vendors, implementation partners, and cross-functional teams (HR, Payroll, IT, Enterprise Architecture).

Deep understanding of local labor laws, payroll regulations, union rules, and Works Council compliance requirements across international jurisdictions.

Excellent strategic communication skills to convey roadmaps, project status, risks, and business cases to senior leadership.

Flexibility to work across multiple time zones to support global teams and stakeholders.

Nice-to-have skills: Experience with change management frameworks and driving user adoption for new enterprise processes.

Hands-on experience standardizing and optimizing global WFM processes in multi-entity environments.

This is your role Lead the strategy, design, implementation, and global rollout of enterprise Workforce Management solutions.

Manage Workforce Software (WFS) configuration, including Time & Attendance rules, pay policies, and system parameters.

Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions that align with business goals.

Oversee and support integrations between WFS, Workday, ADP, UKG/Kronos, and regional payroll platforms.

Ensure all deployed solutions comply fully with country-specific labor laws, union contracts, and Works Council mandates.

Develop strategic deployment roadmaps, business cases, project updates, and risk mitigation plans.

Collaborate with implementation vendors to guarantee project deliverables meet timeline and quality standards.

Identify continuous improvement opportunities to standardize WFM operations globally.
