Reporting & Data Analyst (L2/L3)

We are looking for an analytical professional to support the preparation, configuration, and maintenance of data-driven reports using existing reporting frameworks and libraries. This role combines business analysis, data analysis, and reporting expertise. Rather than developing new solutions or writing code, you will work with existing reporting components, connect reports to relevant data sources, and ensure that reporting outputs are accurate, complete, and aligned with business requirements.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working with data, and able to translate business needs into well-structured reporting solutions.

Daily tasks

• Configure and maintain reports using existing reporting libraries, templates, and components.
• Connect reporting solutions to relevant data sources and ensure the required datasets are available for report generation.
• Gather and clarify reporting requirements with business stakeholders and analytical teams.
• Review reporting specifications to ensure completeness, consistency, and alignment with business needs.
• Maintain reporting documentation and track the status of ongoing reporting activities.
• Validate report outputs, including data accuracy, calculation logic, reporting parameters, and consistency of results.
• Identify discrepancies, investigate potential data-related issues, and coordinate their resolution with relevant teams.
• Support updates to reporting configurations in response to changing business requirements.
• Perform quality checks to ensure reports meet established standards and are ready for delivery.

Requirements

• Experience in business analysis, data analysis, reporting, or a similar analytical role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
• Experience working with datasets, data sources, and reporting processes.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into practical reporting configurations.
• Experience with R or Python-based reporting tools is an advantage, particularly in working with existing reporting solutions. Coding skills are not required.
• Familiarity with data validation, quality checks, and report verification.
• Good understanding of SQL and data structures.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data storage solutions, such as AWS S3.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Very good command of English, both written and spoken.
