At the core of the role Join our Games team and help us create interactive, engaging experiences in the Digital Lotteries space. As a Senior Game Designer , you will be a creative, independent professional responsible for developing compelling iLottery concepts and producing high-quality game assets. Your work will span the entire game design process, from initial concept and illustration through animation, delivery, and ongoing support. You will work closely with stakeholders and other members of the Game Studio, including 2D Artists and Spine Animators , who will support you in creating and refining game assets. In addition, you will share your expertise with the team and help improve reusability and efficiency throughout the design and development workflow.
Core skills you’ll bring
5+ years of professional experience with Spine animation software, Adobe Creative Suite, and digital drawing pipelines
Proven experience working on 2D mobile and/or web games
5+ years of experience with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Animate
Nice-to-have
Proven experience working on 3D mobile and/or web games
Strong portfolio demonstrating game design and animation expertise
Solid understanding of core design and animation principles

Design innovative and engaging iLottery concepts aligned with core design principles
Create and illustrate high-quality game assets, converting them into clean vector art
Animate game elements while following core animation principles and established animation flows
Deliver games from concept through support with limited supervision, consistently meeting deadlines and expectations
Collaborate effectively with all stakeholders across the Game Studio
Share your expertise, mentor team members, and help improve reusability and efficiency across the design and development process
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in iLottery game design
