Business Analysis Expert

We are looking for a person with expert experience in business analysis who, together with the team, will lead a strategic transformation program implemented at the intersection of business and technology. The project concerns a modern ecosystem for claims and benefits handling, based on data, automation, AI, and workflow processes.

Daily tasks

• Analyzing and modeling business processes related to claims handling and identifying areas requiring optimization and automation.
• Defining business requirements and documenting solutions that support the implementation of business projects and initiatives.
• Developing concepts for changes in IT systems and recommending optimal business and process solutions.
• Managing the requirements backlog, defining User Stories, and supporting the prioritization of project work.
• Analyzing the impact of business changes on processes, systems, solution architecture, and integrations between systems.
• Coordinating analytical work between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors.
• Supporting the implementation of new functionalities by preparing project documentation, participating in testing, and business acceptance.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience in business analysis or requirements management.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in transformation projects involving cooperation between business and IT.
• Experience in modeling business processes and defining business and system requirements.
• Very good knowledge of BPMN, UML, or related modeling notations.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies and backlog management.
• Ability to conduct analytical workshops and align requirements with stakeholders.
• Experience in preparing analytical and project documentation.
• Knowledge of the change lifecycle in IT systems.
• Ability to analyze business, process, and system dependencies.
• Experience in business testing and IT solution implementations.
• Knowledge of claims handling processes or the insurance sector.
• Knowledge of issues related to AI and business process automation.
• Experience in analyzing integration solutions.
• English language at a minimum B2 level.
• Readiness for hybrid work in Warsaw (3 days in the office, 2 days remotely).
• Providing services from the territory of Poland.
