Change / Release Manager

Daily tasks

• Change management for business process and technical changes
• Coordinate/facilitate the changes required to be done by the application development teams
• Manage the change and release management processes as per the bank's internal processes and guidelines
• Coordinate the information sharing and upskilling related activities towards the relevant users

Requirements

5+ years of hands-on change and release management experience Hands on experience of change and release management work in cloud migration projects Experience in this area should be described in the application Great communication skills and ability to work with diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders; able to engage and drive follow-up actions and able to bring clarity both in verbal and written communication Good analytical skills and attention to detail; able to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights Experience in facilitating information sharing related requirements and activities Excellent English skills, both in speaking and writing Ownership Proactivity Can do attitude
