AI Platform Tech Lead

AI Transformation Project - IT Efficiency: the dynamic development of AI technologies and Agentic SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) class solutions creates the opportunity to move from monitoring efficiency and optimizing existing processes using AI tools to a systemic transformation of the IT organization's way of working.

The use of AI agents supporting business and system analysis, solution design, development, testing, documentation, backlog management, and application maintenance allows for a further significant increase in team productivity, improvement in the quality of delivered solutions, and shortening the time to deliver business changes.

The Project's goal is to design, verify, and implement the target operating model of the IT organization, utilizing AI and Agentic SDLC practices as an integral element of the software production process. This model will encompass processes, roles, competencies, governance, metrics, work standards, the tooling model, rules for using AI agents, and mechanisms for continuous organizational improvement.

Place of service provision: providing services in a hybrid model (1 day per week in the office, 4 days remotely)

Daily tasks

• Technical leadership of the AI Platform development.
• Collaboration with the Product Owner and AI Platform Architect.
• Defining technological, architectural, and operational standards.
• Support and mentoring of the AI Platform engineering team.
• Conducting technical negotiations and architectural reviews.
• Designing and developing GenAI, RAG, and Agentic AI solutions.
• Building DevOps, MLOps, Observability, and FinOps practices.
• Supporting initiatives transitioning from PoC to production environments.
• Collaboration with Cloud, Cybersecurity, Governance, Integration, and Architecture teams.

Requirements

Expected level of experience:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in IT.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Tech Lead, Architect, or Technical Leader role.
• Experience in designing AI platforms for large organizations.
• Expert / Principal level.

MUST HAVE requirements:

• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Azure.
• Experience in designing and building AI and GenAI platforms.
• Very good knowledge of Azure AI Foundry.
• Experience with Azure AI Foundry Agent Service.
• Very good knowledge of Azure AI Search.
• Experience with Azure Machine Learning.
• Experience with Azure API Management.
• Expert knowledge of Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
• Experience in building platform standards, DevOps, and MLOps processes.
• Very good knowledge of Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and container environments.
• Experience in defining security, Observability, Governance, and FinOps standards.
• Experience in conducting architectural reviews and cross-team negotiations.
• Experience in building solutions using LLM, RAG, and AI agents.
• Communicative English in speaking and writing.
• Providing services from the territory of Poland.
• Readiness for hybrid work (minimum 1 day per week from the office in Warsaw).
