No previous sales experience is required. We provide training, mentorship, and summer housing.

Your tasks

The Opportunity As a Summer Sales Representative, you'll market Avayda's residential pest control services through door-to-door sales. You'll learn how to communicate with potential customers, deliver sales presentations, handle objections, and build customer relationships. This is a hands-on, performance-driven role for students who are ready to step outside their comfort zone, take on a challenge, and develop practical skills beyond the classroom.

Responsibilities include

• Market residential pest control services through door-to-door sales and community outreach.
• Engage with homeowners and deliver clear, professional sales presentations.
• Understand customer needs, answer questions, and explain available services.
• Develop sales, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills through practical experience.
• Work with team members and managers to pursue individual and team performance goals.
• Represent Avayda professionally in the communities you serve.
