About the role

You will step into a global industrial environment where advanced thermal management solutions are being developed for the next generation of heavy vehicles with electric, hydrogen, and diesel propulsion. Here, you will lead technical development projects through the entire chain, from planning and prioritization to delivery, with responsibility for progress, quality, cost, and customer satisfaction.

You will work closely with specialists in development, quality, process, procurement, and production and become the cohesive force that creates structure in complex projects. Tasks

• You define project goals, milestones, timeframes, and resource requirements for technical development projects.
• You lead and coordinate cross-functional teams and create clarity regarding responsibilities, priorities, and next steps.
• You follow up on deliveries and ensure that project plan, quality, and cost maintain the correct level throughout implementation.
• You identify risks and deviations, develop action plans, and drive the work forward when conditions change.
• You are responsible for the dialogue with the customer and internal stakeholders and ensure both technical and commercial implementation.
• You follow up on the project budget and use resources, personnel, and tools in an efficient manner.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field.
• At least 5 years of experience in project management within the manufacturing industry.
• Ability to lead complex technical projects in cross-functional teams.
• Good financial understanding and experience in following up on project budgets.
• Very good knowledge of English.

Meritorious

• Master of Science in Engineering degree.
• Experience from the automotive industry.
• Knowledge of IATF.
• Experience with APQP methodologies.
• Experience with technical and commercial phase validations.
• Experience with Matlab, Smartsheet, MS Project, Catia and/or SAP.
• Knowledge of Swedish.
