Senior SAP SD specialist within S/4HANA

About the role

You will step into an extensive global harmonization initiative in an international industrial environment, where Sales processes are central to a larger upgrade of the SAP platform. The goal is to standardize and streamline working methods across multiple units, while the solution needs to function both against global templates and local business needs.

Here, you will work closely with both the business and IT in an environment where analysis, design, configuration, and anchoring need to be interconnected. You will move effortlessly between process understanding, requirement dialogue, solution proposals, and delivery. This is a role for you who wants to combine hands-on SAP SD work with real influence in a larger S/4HANA migration.

Tasks

• You analyze existing Sales processes and drive harmonization towards common working methods.
• You configure and adapt SAP Sales/SD in the target platform based on business needs.
• You actively lead and participate in workshops with global and local stakeholders.
• You produce functional specifications, solution proposals, and documentation for implementation.
• You support data migration and transformation of existing structures.
• You participate in testing phases such as SIT and UAT, follow up on defects, and contribute to quality in delivery.
• You ensure relevant documentation and knowledge transfer to the line organization.
• You contribute to the development of training materials and the execution of training sessions.

Requirements

• Solid experience of SAP Sales/SD in an S/4HANA environment.
• Experience working with global templates and template-based implementation.
• Experience in harmonization and transformation projects.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders in a global organization.
• Very good communication skills in English.
• You are confident in dialogue with both the business and IT and can contribute both operationally in configuration and as an advisor in process and solution matters.
• You can work in a role that combines on-site presence with remote work.

Meritorious

• Swedish in speech and writing.
• Experience from a large international industrial or energy environment.
• Experience in data migration, test management, or training initiatives related to SAP Sales/SD.
