Senior Solution Architect

About the role

You will step into an important change management project within public healthcare, where existing solutions for production and capacity management are to be replaced and further developed. As a solution architect, you will play a central role in creating a sustainable target vision and ensuring that the solution meets business needs, requirements, and regulations. You will work closely with other architects, the business, and IT to connect processes, information, integrations, and infrastructure in a complex organization. This is a role for you who enjoys translating needs into thoughtful architecture with clear business benefits.

Tasks

• You participate in workshops for process and information mapping together with the business.
• You drive information classification and risk analyses related to the solution.
• You model architecture diagrams as well as consolidate and analyze architecture within the area.
• You capture, structure, and refine IT requirements so they can be translated into technical solutions.
• You collaborate closely with the business's domain architect to ensure the correct target vision and stakeholder buy-in.
• You work together with specialists in integration and infrastructure to make the whole system work.
• You contribute to reducing risk in delivery and creating a solution that lasts over time.

Requirements

• Solid and documented experience in implementing IT systems.
• Documented experience in the architect role.
• Documented experience in requirements gathering and requirements dialogue, as well as the ability to transform user and customer requirements into technical solutions.
• Relevant university education.
• Documented experience from similar assignments.
• Good ability to handle customer dialogue and client dialogue in a professional manner.
• Good ability to demonstrate clear leadership and to communicate in a complex environment.
• You thrive in a driving role and work independently.
• Very good ability to document and present in Swedish.
• Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to undergo and pass a security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship; dual citizenship is not permitted)

Meritorious

• TOGAF certification.
• Experience in public sector operations and an understanding of the working methods of large organizations.
• Experience of projects within the healthcare sector.
