Senior Data Migration Lead SAP S/4HANA

About the role

You will step into a key role in a global transformation program within energy technology, where the SAP platform is being harmonized and developed to create more standardized and efficient ways of working. The focus is on Service Capability, where business-critical data including equipment structures, service orders, product data, and historical transactions need to be migrated with high quality and clear traceability.

Here, you will be the person who creates structure in a complex landscape with many dependencies between business, process design, testing, and program management. You will hold the migration work together end-to-end and ensure that the right data is in the right place at the right time. This makes the role particularly interesting if you enjoy combining SAP knowledge, coordination, and clear ownership in an environment where data quality is crucial for the entire transformation.

Tasks

• You own and drive the data migration workstream within Service Capability.
• You define and maintain the structure for migration scope, data objects, ownership, and planning.
• You ensure alignment between data migration, process design, testing, and release planning.
• You identify and define relevant data objects within the migration scope.
• You drive data cleansing and follow up to ensure the correct quality level is achieved.
• You plan and lead mock cycles from Mock 0 to Mock 3.
• You ensure validation of data before and after each migration cycle.
• You coordinate activities between business stakeholders, program management, capability teams, and external partners.
• You manage dependencies related to process design, integration, and testing.
• You identify, drive, and escalate data risks, gaps, and blockers, as well as report status and progress in a structured manner.

Requirements

• You have solid experience with SAP.
• You have experience in transformation, harmonization, or system implementation.
• You are used to working in a global environment with multiple stakeholders.
• You have very good communication skills in English.
• You can work on-site at least 3 days per week.

Meritorious

• Experience with SAP within service-related processes.
• Understanding of SAP S/4HANA and template-based implementations.
• Experience of data migration in large ERP programs.
• Swedish language skills.
• Approximately 5+ years of relevant experience or equivalent seniority.
