SAP Process Expert in S/4HANA Service

About the role

You will join a global transformation program where service processes are key to making the entire business function seamlessly in S/4HANA. Here, planning, execution, contracts, materials, invoicing, reporting, and long-term customer service are linked together in flows that need to work both technically and operationally.

The role is suitable for you who can move confidently between business and systems. You contribute to the work leading up to go-live, but also to the building of long-term process ownership after implementation. The environment is international and technically advanced, with complex products and high requirements for process quality and traceability. Your focus can be broad across several service areas or more specialized within, for example, field service, maintenance, repair, masterdata, or financial service flows. This is an exciting opportunity for you who want to combine deep SAP knowledge with real impact in a business-oriented ERP transformation.

Tasks

• You act as a process specialist and Advanced Key User within one or more service areas.
• You actively participate in workshops where you help to define, clarify, and validate business needs.
• You contribute to process design, business scenarios, and relevant use cases.
• You ensure that the solution supports real operational service flows and works in everyday operations.
• You define and validate test scenarios for ITC and UAT.
• You collaborate closely with adjacent areas such as planning, execution, invoicing, and reporting.
• You follow up on requirements, gaps, decisions, and improvement actions in a structured manner.
• You support users, local key users, and the support organization after go-live.
• You drive improvements, change requests, release tests, and process adaptations over time.

Requirements

• At least approximately 5 years of relevant experience
• Solid experience with SAP and a strong understanding of service processes in a large, preferably global, organization
• Understanding of SAP S/4HANA and template-based implementations
• Experience in transformation, harmonization, or system implementation
• Ability to translate operational needs into clear process requirements, test scenarios, and sustainable working methods
• Ability to work in a global environment with multiple stakeholders
• Very good communication skills in English

Meritorious

• Experience of SAP SD, PM and/or CS
• Experience of S/4HANA Service with Advanced Execution
• Experience from advanced industry, energy, service, maintenance, or product-related after-sales
• Understanding of financial flows linked to service orders, WBS, and revenue recognition
• Swedish in speech and writing
• Deeper experience in areas such as field service execution, service contracts, maintenance plans, repair and refurbishment, or masterdata for service processes
