About the role

You step into a global SAP S/4HANA transformation where the focus lies on making new ways of working, processes, and solutions work in practice within Sales Capability. In this role, you will work closely with the business and become an important link between the sales organization, local stakeholders, global OCM functions, and the rollout team.

You help the organization understand the change, prepare for new processes, and create the conditions for actual usage after implementation. The role suits you who thrive in the intersection of business, IT, and transformation, and who want to combine structure, communication, and influence in an international industrial environment. Tasks

• You drive stakeholder analysis and assess impact, change readiness, and potential resistance within the organization.
• You represent the Sales organization's perspective and capture feedback, needs, and obstacles affecting adoption.
• You plan and execute communication and engagement activities, such as workshops, Q&A sessions, and local forums.
• You support and coordinate training efforts related to local rollout readiness.
• You establish feedback loops, follow up on risks, and escalate resistance or critical issues to program and rollout management.
• You collaborate closely with global OCM, the rollout team, and local stakeholders to ensure a coordinated message and a common way of working.
• You support the business during go-live and hypercare with a focus on change, usage, and local anchoring.

Requirements

• At least approximately 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience of OCM or change management in large transformation programs.
• Strong ability in stakeholder management and communication.
• Experience of SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP rollouts.
• Experience of working in global and cross-functional environments.
• Fluent English.

Meritorious

• Understanding of Sales processes.
• Swedish language skills.
• Experience of local change management in large industrial or international operations.
