Your tasks
Design and develop optical systems for semiconductor packaging and test equipment, collaborating across disciplines to deliver integrated solutions from prototype to production.
- Design and develop optical systems for semiconductor packaging and test equipment to meet performance and integration requirements
- Select and specify optical components including lenses, cameras, light sources, filters, and beam splitters for system optimization
- Perform optical alignment, assembly, testing, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure system functionality and quality
- Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and software teams to integrate optical systems into complete equipment solutions
- Support prototype development, equipment qualification, and production troubleshooting to maintain product reliability
- Lead optical system development and make technical decisions to drive project success based on experience
Requirements
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Semiconductor equipment experience to enhance system design and integration effectiveness
- Proficiency in Chinese communication to facilitate collaboration with diverse teams and partners
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Optics, Optical Engineering, Photonics, Physics, or related field
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in optical system design and integration
- Hands-on experience in optical path design, component selection, alignment, and testing
- Ability to work independently and solve complex technical problems
- Good English communication skills
