Roles & Responsibilities
- Design and develop electrical and control systems for advanced semiconductor equipment.
- Develop electrical schematics, control panels, wiring, safety circuits, PLC and HMI systems.
- Develop servo motion control, multi-axis synchronization, and machine automation.
- Integrate sensors, actuators, vision systems, barcode/RFID, industrial PCs, and fieldbus devices.
- Develop heater and temperature control systems, including PID control.
- Lead system integration, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with Mechanical, Software, Process, and Manufacturing teams.
- Support equipment commissioning and overseas projects when required.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, or related discipline.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in semiconductor equipment, automation, or precision machinery.
- Strong experience in PLC, motion control, servo systems, and machine automation.
- Proficient in EPLAN/AutoCAD Electrical and industrial protocols such as EtherCAT,EtherNet/IP, or Profinet.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a hands-on, independent mindset.
- Semiconductor equipment experience is highly preferred.
