Freight Forwarder/Sales Representative (M/F)

Scope of duties:

• Active acquisition of new transport orders on exchanges and among current clients,
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with shippers,
• Organizing and supervising the implementation of transport processes,
• Controlling the punctuality of loadings and deliveries to clients,
• Preparing necessary transport documentation,
• Resolving current problems related to the transport of goods,
• Maintaining records of completed orders.

Requirements:

• education: secondary general - necessary
• skills: Freight Forwarder - Logistics - necessary
• foreign languages: English - speaking: B1 - intermediate, writing: B1 - intermediate - necessary
• other professions: Freight Forwarder, internship: 3 months - necessary
• other: [Other] : Minimum 3 months of documented experience in the position of Freight Forwarder,
• Education at least secondary,
• Very good knowledge of the English language (French or German language is welcome),
• Knowledge of operating transport exchanges (Trans.Eu / TIMOCOM / teleroute),
• Independence, responsibility, stress resistance, analytical thinking,
• Management skills for a subordinate team,
