Sales & Operation Associate

Handle customer inquiries, process sales orders, fulfill deliveries, and keep inventory records accurate.

Key Responsibilities

Answer inquiries and explain products, prices, and availability.

Prepare quotations, process orders, and follow up on payments.

Pack orders, book couriers, and assist with pickups.

Update customers on deliveries and handle concerns.

Receive stock, update inventory, and conduct stock counts.

Prepare basic reports and assist with product listings.

College graduate or college-level with relevant experience.

Sales, customer service, or inventory experience is an advantage.

Familiar with messaging apps, Excel, and Google Sheets.

Clear communicator with good customer service skills.

Organized, accurate, trustworthy, and willing to pack orders.

Able to work in Makati and has reliable internet for WFH.
