We are looking for an individual who has experience of product development and C-level strategy development. It is important to have a proven track record of leading IT intensive product development and digital customer interfaces and to have a good understanding of Real Estate energy systems and decentralized technologies.

Since this is a newly developed business unit, you should have a track record of being part of building and growing a new business. In this position you will not only be part of developing and growing the business unit in Sweden but also in Germany, Th United Kingdom and The Netherland. An international mindset and working experience is crucial. It is important to understand that the market in each country is different and therefore be able to work accordingly.

We are looking for a Director of Product who will become head of the European Product Management Team and be responsible to drive the development and management of products, services and customer interfaces in Sweden, Germany, The United Kingdom, and The Netherlands. As Director of Product, you will play a vital part by developing a scalable and epic offer that reduces cost, minimizes climate impact and simplifying business for Real Estate customers. You will have a visible and influential role in the company and liaise with the company's most senior leadership.

Key responsibilities:

• Define and execute the product, service and digital strategy, roadmap and systems requirement within the BU strategy framework
• Ensure, by cooperation with peers, that the company has the capability to deliver on our customer promises
• Mange the offer and solution design teams, including tech design, quotation and contracts
• Inspire, lead and develop the product team employees

We are working with one of Europe´s largest utility companies who are developing a completely new Business Unit called “Energy Solutions”. This Unit will offer solutions for solar power, electricity, heat, e mobility charging, storage, sub metering and digital energy saving tools that combine the benefits of both decentralized and centralized energy production into a completely new service. They are forming the energy market of tomorrow.

You will work in a international environment and grow these markets in Sweden, Germany, UK and the Netherlands.
